Returns

I understand that shopping online can be difficult and am happy to accept your return. Here are our rules when you want to return your order:

1. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery date

2. Item(s) must be in original condition, with hygiene sticker in place and all swing tags attached.

3. Item(s) must not have been worn and must not contain stains from makeup, deodorant, sweat or other substances.

4. Unworn items must be returned in the original LioXXau bag

I cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.

The shipping costs for returning an item are not covered or reimbursed by LioXXau.

How to return: Enter your details and order number on the contact page or send an email to info@lioxxau.com. You will then receive the return form by email.

We have the right to refuse returns. If your return is refused for any reason, you will be responsible for paying for return shipping. Orders once placed cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Delivery:

After delivery to the parcel carriers, we no longer have any influence on the package. Consider the speed of delivery and the loss of packages. We are therefore not responsible for this. This applies both inside and outside the Netherlands.
